Role Overview: You will be working as a Client Manager at NoBroker, India's FIRST and ONLY PropTech Unicorn focusing on Home Interiors sales. Your role will involve educating clients on the company's products and services, representing the company in customer meetings and site visits, and ensuring sales closures through effective communication and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: - Educate clients on the company's home interiors catalogue, services, and unique selling points. - Attend customer meetings and site visits to establish trust and rapport for successful sales closures. - Manage marketing/internal qualified leads from quote discussions to sales presentations and follow-ups. - Maintain customer relationships for potential new sales opportunities and handle any quote iterations or escalations. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by coordinating with pre-sales and project management teams. - Prepare accurate reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations. - Coordinate with pre-sales and project management teams to maintain the overall lead cycle. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree. - Proven success in exceeding sales quotas. Requirements: - Ability to deliver effective customized sales pitches while maintaining professionalism. - Pro-active in scheduling meetings and efficient in city travel as required. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Excel, sales management software, and CRM systems. - Sincerity and passion for the role.
