The role contributes to strategizing, executing, and managing compelling client experiential plans for deal pursuits and strategic client visits to help drive growth and win deals. The role combines three core pillars:
1.Strategy: Design and execute client experience strategies to drive engagement, business growth, and reinforce the clients and Wipros strategic objectives through creative, solution-focused digital and in-person engagements across all client touchpoints.2.Execution: Deliver end-to-end experiences from digital-first engagements to immersive in-person interactions, with a focus on India-based client visits. Integrate marketing tactics into technology and innovation showcases including live demonstrations, virtual and in -person tours, proof-of-concept walkthroughs, guided lab tours and so on. Utilize emerging technologies to craft high touch, engaging storytelling experiences.3.Industrialization: As part of Wipros central marketing team serving diverse industries and geographies, efforts focus on industrializing client experience delivery by standardizing, templatizing, simplifying and scaling processes to build and enhance an experiential marketing engine that is faster, more efficient, and measurable.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate across Sector, Pursuit, Corporate, Service Line Marketing, Sales to develop and execute client experiential plans predominantly focused on deal pursuits and strategic client visits.Drive alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in on strategies and tactics across marketing and business functions.Partner with agencies and specialized teams to plan and deliver high-impact in-person events and digital engagement programs.Integrate existing MarTech, AI tools and other experiential innovations, while continuously evaluating and implementing new technologies.Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Facilities, Sales, Presales, Delivery, and procurement to ensure seamless execution.Deepen understanding of industry trends, target accounts, and competitive landscape.Analyze performance data to extract insights, optimize tactics, and continuously improve outcomes.Maintain detailed project plans, track cross-functional execution, report progress, and manage budgets effectively.Operate within a central role guided by principles of industrialized execution-driving simplicity, speed, scale, repeatability, and cost efficiency.Oversee and manage vendor relationships and networks, working closely with Wipro procurement to evaluate, onboard and manage partners and agencies who consistently deliver on timelines, quality, and cost expectations.
Experience :
8-10 years of proven expertise in curating, managing and executing end-to-end client experience programs.Strong background in collaborating with senior business, account, and sales leadership to design and execute impactful initiatives.Demonstrated proficiency in integrating new age tech, innovation and design thinking.A strong creative flair, along with expertise in design and copywriting, is essential for overseeing production of diverse marketing assets across multiple formats.Experience in client experience both virtual and in-person events and event management is a distinct advantage.Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential.Familiarity with leveraging AI and MarTech tools to enhance daily marketing operations.
