The role you are applying for involves contributing to strategizing, executing, and managing compelling client experiential plans for deal pursuits and strategic client visits to drive growth and win deals. The role encompasses three core pillars: Strategy: Design and execute client experience strategies to enhance engagement, business growth, and align with the clients" and Wipro's strategic objectives through creative, solution-focused digital and in-person engagements across all client touchpoints. Execution: Deliver end-to-end experiences from digital-first engagements to immersive in-person interactions, focusing on India-based client visits. Integrate marketing tactics into technology and innovation showcases, such as live demonstrations, virtual and in-person tours, proof-of-concept walkthroughs, guided lab tours, and more. Utilize emerging technologies to create high-touch, engaging storytelling experiences. Industrialization: As part of Wipro's central marketing team serving diverse industries and geographies, efforts focus on standardizing, templatizing, simplifying, and scaling processes to build and enhance an experiential marketing engine that is faster, more efficient, and measurable. Role Responsibilities include collaborating across Sector, Pursuit, Corporate, Service Line Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute client experiential plans primarily focused on deal pursuits and strategic client visits. You will drive alignment and secure stakeholder buy-in on strategies and tactics across marketing and business functions, partner with agencies and specialized teams, integrate existing MarTech and AI tools, coordinate with internal teams, deepen understanding of industry trends, analyze performance data, maintain project plans, oversee vendor relationships, and manage budgets effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have 8-10 years of proven expertise in curating, managing, and executing end-to-end client experience programs. Strong collaboration skills with senior business, account, and sales leadership are essential, along with proficiency in integrating new-age tech, innovation, and design thinking. A creative flair, expertise in design and copywriting, experience in client experience events, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with AI and MarTech tools are crucial.
