Client Executive (Inside sales)

As an employee at Kogland Commerce Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a start-up company that offers a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical consumables & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers such as hospitals and clinics. Kogland is a subsidiary of Fingent Corporation and is located inside Carnival Info park, Kochi. **Key Responsibilities:** - Qualifying sales leads from various channels. - Making outbound calls to potential customers. - Creating and maintaining a customer database in CRM. - Closing sales and achieving quotas. - Providing accurate and competitive quotes to current and prospective clients. - Managing customer inquiries and helping to improve customer satisfaction. - Assessing customers" needs and communicating information about relevant products and programs. - Utilizing selling skills to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and build relationships. - Building excellent long-term rapport with clients over the phone. - Working independently as well as assisting outside field sales staff. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication skills. - Proficiency in Hindi and English. - Familiarity with CRM tools. - Time management skills. - Closing skills. - Customer handling experience.
