Client Engagement Lead - Marketing Mix (MMM)

As a Consultant/Analytics Professional, your role will involve leading Marketing Mix initiatives with clients, providing proactive insights and action-oriented solutions, and partnering with clients to develop effective marketing plans based on analysis results. You will be responsible for developing recommendations, collaborating with other teams, and presenting analytic studies to meet client research objectives in the fast-moving media landscape. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading Marketing Mix initiatives from the lockdown of BQs to Insights through defined core deliverables - Delivering pro-active insights and action-oriented solutions, explaining methodology behind key analytics and results to clients - Partnering with clients to develop effective marketing plans based on analysis results and optimizations - Developing recommendations based on insights, reporting results through decks and scorecards, and presenting to clients - Collaborating with other Nielsen teams to provide holistic support to clients - Designing, executing, and presenting analytic studies to meet client research objectives - Fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and diversity with MMM teams and clients - Establishing enduring client connections with senior decision-makers by demonstrating ongoing value and driving client outcomes - Mentoring junior associates in best practices, client communication, and project execution In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred - 5+ years of marketing research or analytics experience in FMCG, Finance, Technology, Automotive, etc - Consultative story-telling ability to turn data into insights - Experience with analyzing online advertising is an advantage - Enthusiasm for hands-on data analysis and applying statistical analysis to address business issues - Comfort working with large data sets, being well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines - Strong communication and presentation skills, fluency in English - Experience with Nielsen, Circana, and media audience data is a plus,
