Client Delivery Manager - BASIS SAP LABS (Pune / Bangalore)

Role Overview: As a Client Delivery Manager at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring full delivery accountability of the engagement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle. The ECS organization is dedicated to providing cloud-hosted infrastructure, technical, and application managed services to SAP private cloud customers. You will be the main customer-facing representative, responsible for managing the client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
