Job Description – Customer Success Executive Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Industry: GFRP Manufacturing About Us We are a leading manufacturer of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) products, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. To strengthen our customer experience journey, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. Role Overview The Customer Success Executive will play a key role in bridging the gap between sales confirmation and customer satisfaction. Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received, the executive will ensure seamless coordination with internal branches and logistics partners for on-time product delivery. Post-delivery, the role involves engaging with customers for feedback, ensuring satisfaction, and collecting testimonials. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for order delivery once sales order confirmation is received. Coordinate with respective branches and transport/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products. Track deliveries and provide regular status updates to customers and the sales team. Post-delivery, connect with customers to ensure product satisfaction and address any immediate concerns. Collect customer feedback and testimonials to enhance customer success initiatives. Maintain proper documentation of delivery schedules, customer feedback, and service reports. Collaborate with the sales and operations team to continuously improve delivery processes and customer experience. Note: The scope of work is not limited to the above responsibilities and may include additional tasks as required by the company. Qualifications & Skills Required Graduate in any discipline (business administration/supply chain/logistics preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, logistics, or a similar role (manufacturing industry exposure is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of logistics and transport management. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Language Requirements Mandatory: Tamil, Malayalam, and English (spoken). Added Advantage: Knowledge of additional Indian languages.
