By collaborating with internal teams, you will contribute to enhancing processes to drive the firm's success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct operational management and control of the daily workflow within the team. - Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure robust team structure through training and succession planning. - Ensure completion of daily controls and processing, as well as production of key metrics as required. - Establish policies, procedures, and guidelines to strengthen the controls environment. - Provide direction and leadership to the team and communicate strategic and regulatory changes effectively. - Review and update Standard Operating Procedures in line with new policies and risk management activities. - Support client onboarding processes including AML and KYC requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Operational expertise in Custody account opening, maintenance, and closures. - Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate managers. - Ability to learn new markets, products, and processes continuously. - Strong risk and control awareness with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. - Effective communicator with internal and external clients. - Strategic thinker capable of implementing process improvements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
