Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Pass on accurate information to the operations/production team.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
  • Follow up on project updates, timelines, and client feedback.
  • Maintain professional client relations with a positive approach.


Skills Required:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp communication).
  • Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
