Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Coordination Specialist, based in Rajkot. The Client Coordination Specialist will manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer service inquiries, facilitating communication between clients and the internal team, and addressing client needs promptly and efficiently.
