Client Coordination Specialist

We are looking for a Client Coordination Specialist who can talk with our UK and USA clients and make sure their needs are understood and delivered properly. You will be the link between the clients and our internal team.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with clients through emails, calls, and online meetings.
• Understand what clients want and share it clearly with our team.
• Give updates and reports to clients about ongoing work.
• Solve client questions and problems quickly.
• Work with designers, developers, and managers to finish projects on time.
• Keep proper records of client discussions and feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confidence in handling international clients (UK/USA).
• Good at organizing and multitasking.
• Friendly, professional, and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, or project management apps.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification.
• Experience in client coordination or customer support.
• Willingness to adjust working hours for UK/USA time zones when needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
