Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Conversion Expert, located in Hyderabad. The Client Conversion Expert will be responsible for managing client interactions, understanding client needs, converting inquiries into confirmed projects, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Daily tasks will include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating with the design team to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a strong sales orientation and excellent communication skills to drive the business growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent client management and negotiation skills
• Proven ability in sales, client conversion, and maintaining client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and align with client&aposs interior design requirements
• Experience in preparing proposals, presentations, and CRM software
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the interior design industry is a plus
