Sales Expert

Sales Expert – Interior Design Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and client satisfaction
• Handle inbound and outbound client communications with professionalism
• Understand client requirements and present tailored design solutions
• Coordinate between the client and design team to ensure smooth project alignment
• Manage the full sales cycle – from inquiry to closure
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Qualifications:

• Strong background in

  sales

  customer relationship management

• Experience in retail sales

  or

  interior design sales

  preferred
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  and working under pressure
• Ability to understand design concepts and explain them confidently to clients
