Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Communication Expert for an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include crafting and managing communication strategies to effectively engage clients, drafting professional press releases, and ensuring seamless external and internal communications. This role requires creating written materials to convey information clearly and concisely to align with organizational and client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills with the ability to articulate messages effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in crafting Press Releases and executing Strategic Communications plans.
• Experience in Writing and developing content tailored for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of Internal Communications processes to foster transparent and effective workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Previous relevant work experience in a corporate, consulting, or client-focused environment is advantageous.
