Responsibilities
Client Associates are held accountable for the delivery of Coalition Greenwich s client research products. Individuals in this position work closely with their Research Directors, Consultants, Senior Associates and the broader VoC team globally to develop an understanding of the firm s processes, client relationships, and technical expertise in all MS Office and proprietary methodologies. Additionally, the Client Associate will work with Business Leadership to ensure that all project milestones are met. Technical expertise, quantitative inclination, strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are critical to success and advancement.
Principal responsibilities include:
- Use survey questionnaire-based methodologies to collect data and generate insights. Play an active role in questionnaire development and design process, including preparing questionnaire for design meeting and creating questionnaire specifications.
- Validate survey content, quality and accuracy of data. Provide suggestions for improvement and resolve issues
- Analyse and interpret data to identify market trends, gaps and opportunities
- Prepare and review standard client deliverables. Support data product design and create custom deliverables, while ensuring client satisfaction through proactive service
- Working closely with business leaders to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Participate in client meetings and support client servicing and broader engagement
- Provide exceptional levels of support, incl. being responsive, minimize errors, and managing expectations
- Support product development by participating in the creation of new proposals and methodologies
- Support our Research Director and Consultants in writing market trends, benchmark reports, and whitepapers
- Support in the preparation of new business proposals and pitch materials
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and foster teamwork and collaboration
Required Experience
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience, MBA is a plus
- Background in management consulting will be ideal; exposure to the Large Corporates Banking is a plus
- Experience working with and combining large data sets
- Proficiency in data manipulation techniques, including cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data in Excel
- Data Visualisation: ability to effectively visualise data is crucial for this role
- Excel skills, powerpoint skills, strong interpersonal, listening, critical thinking, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience working in an international setting/ multiple time zones is preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
