Client Associate

A client Associate taking the ownership of client relationship deepening the wallet share, ensuring the over financial wellbeing of the assigned client.

The key job responsibilities include:

1. Managing the client relations.

2. Financial Plan presentation for the assigned clients and handholding them to understand their financial situation and helping them to meet their financial goals.

2. Promptly respond to client queries received through phone / WhatsApp / Email etc., roll out other communication like welcome mail, meeting minutes etc.

3. Up keep of client portfolios in My Planner

4. Proactive task management - Ensure uber service level by adhering to the specified TATs for every task.

5. Work with all internal verticals & departments including Tax, Financial Planning, Operations, Estate Planning, Real Estate, etc, and ensure the client’s objective are met timely.

7. Coordinate with external vendors, product manufacturers, including Mutual Fund Houses, Portfolio Managers, Life & General Insurance Companies, Loan Service Providers etc., for pulling reports, MIS data, follow up on closures etc.

7. Strictly adhere to compliance and Regulatory monitoring
