About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should come from a technical background and possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This role involves working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries or issues.
• Support client onboarding, documentation, and data management activities.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to client experience enhancement.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of technology, IT systems, or software solutions.
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field preferred).
• Candidates from a strong technical background will be given preference.

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply).

Work Location:

• Mysore / Bangalore (On-site / Hybrid as per business requirement)
