Position Overview

The Assistant Client Associate will provide comprehensive support to the Client Relations and Business Development teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about client service. The position involves assisting in managing client communications, maintaining records, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring that clients receive timely and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Client Relationship Manager in daily client servicing activities.

· Maintain and update client information, documentation, and communication logs.

· Support client onboarding and ensure all required compliance documents are collected and verified.

· Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and client meetings.

· Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups to support ongoing client engagement.

· Respond to routine client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing) to deliver a seamless client experience.

· Track client feedback and support initiatives to improve service quality.

· Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 0–1 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or relationship management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Male Candidates preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and client-first attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work schedule: 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday included); one weekday off.
  • Timings; 10.30am to 8.00 pm.
