We are looking for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our Application Support Team. The desired candidate will work on
Responding to customer Inquiries/Issues.
Diagnosing & troubleshooting of software products, addressing customer issues & providing resolutions. Resolving issues within the given TAT.
The candidate should have good communication skills.
Knowledge on SQL is required.
Good technical skills and knowledge on the retail domain will be an added advantage.
Education: Btech or any equivalent degree.
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Technical Skills: SQL
Communication: Ability to speak in Telugu, English and Hindi.
Additional requirement: Should be willing to travel.

Pay: ₹10,130.84 - ₹18,000.00 per month
