Client Advisor

Role Overview

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand—responsible for providing exceptional client servicing, building strong relationships, and driving sales. You will guide clients through our offerings, understand their lifestyle needs, and ensure they have a seamless, personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations on memberships, services, and programs.
• Manage end-to-end client servicing, from onboarding to follow-up.
• Drive sales through consultative conversations and relationship-building.
• Assist in organizing and supporting exclusive events or client experiences.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the highest service standards aligned with the luxury brand identity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and luxury lifestyle.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
