Client Advisor

As a Retail Sales Officer Zoya at Zoya Business Jewellery, your main role will be to achieve sales targets by engaging with customers, explaining product details, assisting them in choosing products, and completing sales transactions. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, regional teams, VM team, merchandising team, and support teams to ensure a seamless sales process. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers regularly to maintain relationships and generate sales opportunities - Educate customers about new product details and offerings - Understand customer requirements and introduce various product offerings to facilitate buying decisions - Prepare estimates for selected products and complete sales transactions - Achieve category-wise sales targets for the allocated section - Assist customers with sales returns or repair work - Adhere to store operating policies to increase customer satisfaction and revenue - Maintain stock records, ensure proper product display, and monitor dead stock to minimize losses - Develop relationships with competitors to improve store processes - Collate and relay customer feedback to corporate teams to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Education: Graduate - Relevant Experience: 5 to 8 years in luxury brands - Behavioural Skills: Customer Centricity, Delivers Results, Nurtures Relationships, Passionate about Categories & Products - Knowledge: Sales/retail experience In your role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to the overall sales and operations of the store.
