Client Acquisition & Sales Specialist – Video Production

From brand films to high-end ads, we deliver pixel-perfect storytelling that converts. 🎯 Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Sales Specialist who can independently take ownership of the sales funnel , right from identifying leads to closing deals . You must have proven experience in media production sales (video production, brand films, commercials, ad campaigns, etc.) and a deep understanding of the creative services landscape. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential B2B clients and marketing heads. Pitch tailored solutions for their video content needs Develop client relationships and follow up on leads Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and quotes Close deals and coordinate with internal teams for execution Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in video production/media agency sales Strong network with marketing decision-makers is a big plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven with a high sense of ownership Ability to understand creative briefs and production dynamics Fluent in English; Kannada is a bonus 💡 Work Mode: Hybrid – Bangalore or Mysore-based candidates preferred (must be willing to attend in-person client meetings when needed) 📩 To Apply: Send your CV or portfolio of closed deals to: postscriptpixels@gmail.com Show more Show less
