As a Client Acquisition & Sales Specialist at Postscript Pixels, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales funnel independently. Your responsibility will span from identifying potential leads to closing deals with B2B clients in the media production industry. With a focus on video production, brand films, commercials, and ad campaigns, you will need to leverage your prior experience in sales within the realms of media, video production, advertising, or creative services. Postscript Pixels, a rapidly growing video production and storytelling agency, is dedicated to delivering cinematic excellence and emotionally impactful content that drives conversion. Your role will involve pitching tailored solutions to clients, nurturing client relationships, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams for project execution. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain CRM systems, track sales progress, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in video production or media agency sales, with a strong network of marketing decision-makers being a significant advantage. Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills should be top-notch, and a self-driven approach with a high sense of ownership is crucial. Proficiency in understanding creative briefs, production dynamics, and fluency in English are essential, while knowledge of Kannada is considered a bonus. This position offers a hybrid work mode, with preference given to candidates based in Bangalore or Mysore who are willing to attend in-person client meetings when required.
