Job Description

You will be responsible for leading Employer Partnerships & Lead Generation at RANI, a women-first digital workforce platform connecting trained workforce to flexible work opportunities. As the face of RANI to industry leaders, your role will involve identifying, pursuing, and converting potential employer leads into long-term partners for RANI's trained workforce. You will develop and implement strategic sales processes, build relationships with senior stakeholders, set up and lead a high-performing partnerships team, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor performance metrics, and report regularly to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, pursue, and convert potential employer leads into long-term partners for RANI's trained workforce. - Develop and implement sales and partnerships strategy aligned with growth goals. - Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders to create workforce collaborations. - Set up and lead a high-performing partnerships team, define goals, monitor progress, and support professional development. - Collaborate with founders, tech, ops, and product teams to shape offerings meeting employer needs and ensure delivery excellence. - Track key metrics, iterate strategies based on insights, and report regularly to senior leadership. **Qualifications Required:** - 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or recruitment account management. - Prior experience in tech startups, staffing firms, gig platforms, or social enterprises is a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strategic mindset combined with agility in execution. - Passion for inclusive workforce models, skilling, and women's economic empowerment. Please note the job type is Full-time, Permanent with a day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Mumbai, Maharashtra is required.
