Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-performing and entrepreneurial Lead – Employer Partnerships & Lead Generation to build a strong pipeline of employer partners.You’ll be the face of RANI to industry leaders, helping them discover how partnering with us can unlock a trained, reliable, and inclusive workforce. This is a critical role in shaping our employer-side scale and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Employer Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert potential employer leads across sectors into long-term partners for RANI’s trained workforce. Strategic Sales Processes: Develop and implement the sales and partnerships strategy in alignment with RANI’s growth goals. Design and execute end-to-end sales processes — from outreach and pitching to negotiations and onboarding of employers. Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across companies (HR heads, CEO’s and founders) to create workforce collaborations. Team Building & Management: Set up and lead a high-performing partnerships or outreach team. Define goals, monitor progress, and support professional development. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, tech, ops, and product teams to shape offerings that meet employer needs and ensure delivery excellence. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (conversion, retention, revenue), iterate strategies based on insights, and report regularly to senior leadership. Who we are looking for 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development or recruitment account management. Prior experience working with tech startups, staffing firms, gig platforms, or social enterprises is a big plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker who can also hustle, iterate, and execute fast. Passionate about inclusive workforce models, skilling, and women’s economic empowerment.
