Job Description

As a high-performing and entrepreneurial Lead Employer Partnerships & Lead Generation at RANI, your role is crucial in building a strong pipeline of employer partners. You will represent RANI to industry leaders, showcasing the benefits of partnering with us to unlock a trained, reliable, and inclusive workforce. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, pursuing, and converting potential employer leads into long-term partners for RANI's trained workforce. - Developing and implementing sales and partnerships strategies aligned with RANI's growth goals. This involves managing end-to-end sales processes, from outreach and pitching to negotiations and onboarding. - Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across companies to foster workforce collaborations. - Setting up and leading a high-performing partnerships or outreach team, defining goals, monitoring progress, and supporting professional development. - Collaborating closely with founders, tech, ops, and product teams to tailor offerings to meet employer needs and ensure delivery excellence. - Monitoring key metrics such as conversion, retention, and revenue, adapting strategies based on insights, and providing regular reports to senior leadership. We are looking for someone with: - 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or recruitment account management. - Previous experience with tech startups, staffing firms, gig platforms, or social enterprises is advantageous. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to think strategically while also being agile, proactive, and efficient. - Passion for inclusive workforce models, skilling, and women's economic empowerment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Mumbai or plan to relocate before starting work. Experience in B2B sales for 4 years and business development for 4 years is required for this role. The work location is in person at Mumbai, Maharashtra.,
