Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients. The role involves researching target markets, generating leads through multiple channels, and reaching out to decision-makers to convert prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
Generate leads through online research, databases, social media, and networking platforms.
Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
Understand client needs and present relevant company services/solutions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects for conversion.
Coordinate with the business development/sales team to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, or business development (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth online research and extract verified contact information.
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation tools, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
High attention to detail and persistence in follow-ups.
Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
