Client Accounting Delivery Manager

As an Associate Director / Director at alliantgroup in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction in the Finance and Accounting Managed Services department. With working hours from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, you will be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for service expansion. Your leadership capabilities and deep understanding of finance and accounting processes will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing service delivery. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, leading client reviews, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with SLAs and quality standards, and developing operational best practices. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of F&A professionals, foster a positive work environment, and conduct performance reviews. Additionally, you will manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for client engagements, identify and mitigate operational risks, and contribute to the strategic planning of F&A managed services offerings. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with CPA/CA certification being ideal. You should have at least 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a significant portion in a managed services, BPO, or shared services environment. Leadership experience, deep expertise in F&A processes, and a proven track record of managing client relationships are required. Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and foster operational excellence.
