Work Location: Bangalore Please share your updated profile to sugantha.krishnan@acldigital.com Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Account Manager to manage and grow key Global In-house Centers (GICs) / Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client relationship management, account mapping, T&M-based engagements, staffing fulfillment, and end-to-end client servicing. This role will be the face of the organization for strategic clients and will work closely with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic point of contact for key GIC/GCC clients in India. Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent engagement and delivery excellence. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues or escalations. Account Mapping & Growth: Deep-dive into client org structures and identify key stakeholders across departments. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts. Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services. Staffing Fulfillment & T&M Engagements: Own end-to-end responsibility for timely fulfillment of client requirements (IT & Non-IT). Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure resource quality and TAT compliance. Track and manage T&M contracts, renewals, extensions, and resource lifecycle. RFP & Proposal Management: Lead and respond to staffing-related RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with the presales and legal teams. Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, rate cards, and commercials as per client expectations. Client Governance & Reporting: Conduct regular client governance meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly). Share performance reports, fulfillment dashboards, and account updates with internal/external stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of account activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Key Skills & Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in client/account management with a focus on staffing/T&M services. Strong understanding of the GIC/GCC landscape in India. Proven success in handling large staffing accounts (100+ headcount) across multiple verticals. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, SLAs, sourcing models, and compliance practices. Experience in front-ending MSA/SOW discussions, contract negotiations, and rate finalization. Ability to handle multiple client stakeholders, manage escalations, and drive fulfillment across geographies. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Prior experience working with staffing firms or IT Services organizations is a must.
