Job Description

A Clerk with Excel Skills performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and administrative support, with a strong focus on using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyse, and report on data. The role requires accuracy, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in using Excel for tasks like data validation and report generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data management: Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases. Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Spreadsheet and data analysis: Use Excel to sort, classify, and organize data. Create and manage worksheets and apply basic functions like SUM, COUNT, and IF.
  • Reporting: Generate reports and identify data trends to support business operations.
  • Administrative support: Perform general office duties such as filing, sorting mail, and answering phones.
  • Record keeping: Maintain and update records and manage document archives.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with team members to ensure data consistency and resolve discrepancies.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:-

  • Education: Engineer, High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a clerical, administrative, or data entry role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in performing tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
