Cleaning Supervisor

Job Title: Cleaning SupervisorLocation: Galaxy Pizza Reports To: Outlet Manager / Operations Head Summary: Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness across the outlet, supervising cleaning staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage cleaning team schedules and tasks. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and storage. Enforce hygiene protocols (FSSAI, HACCP) and daily checklists. Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and equipment. Report maintenance or pest issues to management. Coordinate with vendors for deep cleaning and pest control. Requirements:2+ years’ experience in cleaning/housekeeping supervision (QSR/hospitality preferred). Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical safety. Team leadership, attention to detail, and basic communication skills. Schedule: 6 days/week, rotational shifts, including weekends & holidays.
