Cleaning Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure that cleanliness standards are met, staff are effectively managed, and inventory is maintained. It is essential for you to address guest complaints promptly and maintain a safe work environment. Your main responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the housekeeping team by assigning tasks, monitoring their performance, and providing guidance as needed. You will also be responsible for training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, policies, and safety protocols. Creating and maintaining cleaning schedules to ensure efficient coverage and task completion will be part of your routine tasks. You will also monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, order supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times. Addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping is crucial to ensure guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs and coordinate efforts effectively. To qualify for this position, having a two-wheeler with a driver's license is compulsory. This is a full-time job with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, performance bonus, and shift allowance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
