Location: Saket Puri, Ayodhya

Class Incharge - PhysicsWallah

Responsibilities:

1.Student Management

Monitor student attendance and ensure active participation in classes.
Address student concerns and provide academic support where necessary.
Maintain student records, including academic performance and behavior.

2.Classroom Coordination

Ensure smooth functioning of classes and make sure that all teaching materials are available.
Coordinate with the teaching staff to ensure that the syllabus is covered on time.
Handle the day-to-day operations of the classroom environment.

3.Communication

Act as a liaison between students, parents, and the faculty.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
Address any issues or queries related to course content, teaching methods, or any other concerns.

4.Academic Support

Offer personalized academic guidance to students, helping them with doubts or challenges they face.
Conduct revision sessions, tests, and assessments to evaluate students' understanding.
Motivate and encourage students to perform to the best of their abilities.

5.Event Coordination

Organize and facilitate extracurricular or co-curricular events related to the course.
Ensure that the classroom environment is conducive to learning and student engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
Strong leadership skills.
