Position: Class Coordinator
Location: Kottayam
Reports to: Branch Head / Academic Head

Role Overview

The Class Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, managing student schedules, supporting trainers, and acting as a bridge between students, faculty, and management. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure effective delivery of classes and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain class schedules, timetables, and trainer allocations.
• Ensure timely communication of schedules, changes, and updates to students and trainers.
• Monitor attendance of students and trainers, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with trainers for class planning, assessments, and student feedback.
• Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding class-related concerns.
• Support in the distribution of course materials, books, and exam resources.
• Track student progress and ensure follow-up on missed classes or sessions.
• Assist in organizing mock tests, assessments, and evaluations.
• Ensure smooth execution of both online and offline classes.
• Report regularly to the Branch Head/Academic Head on class performance and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Education background preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
• Prior experience in academic coordination will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
