Job Description

Claims & Quality

Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to raise, follow up, and close claims related to shortages, damages, or quality issues.
Maintain a comprehensive record of claims and credit notes for audit, tracking, and reporting purposes.
Assist in quality inspections of received goods to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team and suppliers to identify and resolve non-conformance issues.
Support the development and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address and reduce recurring quality problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
