Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Claims Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience handling claims and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle and resolve claims-related emails, telephone calls, and walk-ins professionally.
Advise policyholders on claim procedures and ensure fair settlement of claims within the specified timeframe.
Manage all administration aspects of claims, including processing and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, and company standards.
Handle complaints associated with claims and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of claims and interactions with customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 2-4 years of experience as a claims handler or similar role.
Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities.
Top-notch client interaction skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.
General understanding of insurance terminology and abbreviations.
Attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
Proficient in basic computer handling.
