Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Claims Auto Team Member, located in Chandigarh. The role involves managing the claims process, including processing claims efficiently, evaluating documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities also include collaborating with other teams, providing timely updates to customers, and resolving claims-related queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Attention to detail, accurate documentation, and strong communication skills are critical aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Claims Management and Claims Handling to ensure accurate and efficient resolution of claims.
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess documentation and identify trends or discrepancies effectively.
• Knowledge of Insurance practices, policies, and processes to maintain compliance and provide exceptional service.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
