We are hiring experienced claims professionals to support AI-driven modeling of real-world P&C insurance workflows. This short-term, high-impact project involves executing and evaluating end-to-end claims tasks to help shape next-generation insurance automation tools.

What You’ll Do

• Handle full-cycle claims tasks, including FNOL, coverage checks, reserve setting, and liability assessment
• Simulate claims workflows using structured tools and mock systems
• Review police reports, medical documents, and repair estimates
• Produce clear outputs such as coverage memos, repair assessments, and liability summaries
• Identify inconsistencies, red flags, and potential fraud indicators
• Validate compliance requirements and document work for audit-ready reviews

What You Bring

• 5+ years in property, auto, bodily injury, or general liability claims
• Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Xactimate, OnBase, FileNet, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of coverage interpretation and compliance standards
• Confident reviewing third-party documentation and writing structured summaries
• Excellent analytical and written communication skills

Role Details

• Remote and asynchronous
• Minimum 30 hours per week
• Approx. 6-week engagement

Compensation

• $100–150 per hour
• Weekly payments
• Independent contractor role
