Job Description

JOB ROLE- CIVIL TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and hands-on training sessions on civil engineering topics.
  • Create and update lesson plans, course materials, and training content.
  • Conduct classroom and lab sessions to enhance practical learning.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Train students on software tools such as

    AutoCAD

    and

    Revit

    .
  • Ensure that all training activities align with academic and industry standards.
  • Guide and mentor students to help them achieve

    career readiness

  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other trainers or academic staff to improve course delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering and CAD tools.
