Civil Tendering/ Project Marketing

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing industrial building construction projects through effective tendering and client engagement. The role involves market research, client networking, project lead generation, and preparation of technical and commercial proposals. Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industrial bodies to enhance business opportunities and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential industrial project opportunities and clients.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors during tender stages.
• Coordinate internally with estimation and engineering teams for pricing and technical inputs.
• Track ongoing tenders and follow up on submitted bids.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction tendering/business development.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and cost estimation.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
