Civil Tendering/ Project Marketing

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure industrial building construction projects by effectively engaging with clients through tendering processes. This will involve conducting market research, networking with clients, generating project leads, and preparing technical and commercial proposals. Additionally, you will be expected to nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industrial bodies to maximize business opportunities and elevate the brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and assess potential industrial project opportunities and prospective clients. - Collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors throughout the tendering phases. - Work closely with internal estimation and engineering teams to obtain pricing and technical inputs. - Monitor and manage ongoing tenders, as well as follow up on submitted bids. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - 3-8 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction tendering/business development. - Profound knowledge of industrial construction procedures and cost estimation. - Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in building and maintaining client relationships.,
