Job Title: Civil Supervisor – Outdoor Advertising

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor with prior experience in Outdoor Advertising to manage the complete execution of hoarding projects — including civil, structural, and electrical work. This role requires hands-on supervision across all phases of installation, coordination with HO teams, vendors, and ensuring timely handover to the Media Planning team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hoarding installations including RCC foundation, MS structure, welding, erection, and electrical wiring.
• Manage electrical work for hoardings – including lighting, cabling, switchboards, and load safety.
• Conduct site surveys, check for feasibility (civil & electrical), and submit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Fabrication, Media Planning) and external vendors.
• Oversee all on-site civil and electrical activities as per design and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper installation of lighting systems, timer switches, junction boxes, and safe power connections.
• Travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh to monitor and execute installations.
• Communicate regularly with the Head Office team regarding project progress, material requirements, and site status.
• Maintain work records, site logs, safety checklists, and handover documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Outdoor Advertising field work (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Hoarding structures, MS fabrication, RCC base work.
• Basic electrical systems: wiring, lighting, load handling, and safety.
• Ability to read and execute civil and electrical layout drawings.
• Familiar with tools, machinery, safety gear, and on-site risk management.
• Willing to travel extensively across different city and highway locations.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience working on lit hoardings, LED boards, digital unipoles, or gantries.
• Knowledge of electrical load calculation, MCBs, grounding/earthing systems is a plus.
• Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
