Civil Structural Designer - E3D - Oil & Gas

Civil & Structural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop

  3D models

  for civil and structural components using industry-standard tool -

  E3D

  .
• Prepare comprehensive

  design drawings and detailed engineering deliverables

  , including:
• Structural steel and concrete layouts
• Underground services (UG piping, trenches, cable routes)
• Coordinate and integrate structural design data with other engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, etc.) to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support the design team in

  model reviews, clash detection

  , and resolution activities using 3D software platforms.
• Generate

  BOQs, material take-offs, and as-built drawings

  based on client and project specifications.
• Comply with

  industry standards, project guidelines, and safety norms

  in all design documentation.
• Review and incorporate

  client comments and change requests

  , maintaining accurate documentation and revision controls.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in

  E3D

• Solid understanding of

  civil and structural design codes

  , particularly within the

  Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry

  .
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, general arrangement drawings, and structural calculations.
• Experience in

  3D model development, detailing, and drafting

  .
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in

  Oil & Gas, Offshore, or EPC projects

  is a strong advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Around 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to adapt to evolving project needs and software environments.
