About the Company:
Epcogen is a specialized EPC engineering solutions provider serving the global Oil & Gas sector. With expertise in planning, design, and execution support, we deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Establish and maintain baseline schedules, schedule models, and progress measurement systems. Integrate engineering, procurement, and construction activities into a unified project plan. Conduct critical path and variance analysis to identify potential delays. Recommend corrective measures and recovery strategies to meet project timelines. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and client review. Support bid proposals with preliminary schedule inputs and manpower loading estimates.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent). Proven track record in planning for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project.
Preferred Attributes:
LNG/Cryogenic project experience.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
