Civil Site Supervisor

Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects (Commercial Office) Location: Pan India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–5 years in Interior Fit-out / Commercial Office Projects Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee our commercial office interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, hands-on experience with interior works, and the ability to coordinate effectively between various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities  Supervise day-to-day site activities as per the approved work plan.  Interpret and execute work based on drawings, BOQs, and site layouts.  Coordinate between site teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.  Monitor material delivery, verification, and proper usage at the site.  Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.  Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.  Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.  Handle site-related documentation and work permits.  Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.  Required Skills & Competencies  Proven experience in interior fit-out and commercial office projects.  Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and layouts.  Good knowledge of materials, hardware, and on-site execution practices.  Strong leadership and contractor management skills.  Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.  Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.  Awareness of safety and quality standards.  Qualification  Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in interior projects.
