Civil Site Engineer

As a Civil Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians. Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies will be a key part of your role to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively is crucial for the successful completion of projects. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, designs, and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities. Your expertise in providing technical guidance and problem-solving solutions will be invaluable to the team. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred) and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations is essential, along with proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills are required. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
