Job Title: Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor / Construction Site Manager Job Summary: Experienced and dedicated Civil Engineer with a strong background in supervising and managing all aspects of construction site operations. Proven ability to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure quality and safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Full supervision of construction site activities from start to finish. Manage and lead on-site teams including subcontractors, laborers, and junior engineers. Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and structural plans. Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and safety compliance. Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, labor attendance, and site logs. Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, and consultants for smooth project execution. Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3+ years of experience in construction site supervision. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Familiarity with project management tools and MS Office. Knowledge of site safety regulations and local construction codes. Preferred: Experience with residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. Certification in project or site management. Fluency in local language(s) and English.
