Job Description – Civil Engineer (Diploma/B.Tech) Position: Civil Engineer – Solar Plant (Site Based) Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (Experience in Solar Power Projects preferred, Adani/large-scale projects exposure will be an added advantage) Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and manage civil works at solar project sites (foundations, module mounting structures, cable trenches, control rooms, etc.). Review and interpret civil drawings, GFC drawings, and ensure execution as per design and client requirements. Handle day-to-day site activities, including material planning, resource allocation, and site progress monitoring. Manage labour workforce effectively to achieve project timelines with quality and safety compliance. Ensure proper coordination with clients (including Adani project teams), consultants, and subcontractors. Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and quality records. Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and statutory norms. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of civil engineering works related to solar projects. Ability to read and execute structural and civil drawings. Good communication skills for effective coordination with client and site teams. Strong leadership skills for handling labour and subcontractors. Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
