Job Description

Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved plans, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Check materials, quantities, and ensure proper usage to avoid wastage.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.
Conduct inspections for quality control and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities to meet deadlines.
Handle site issues and provide immediate solutions to avoid delays.
Coordinate with the project manager/engineer for any design changes or clarifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–5 years of experience in construction/site execution (freshers can also apply for junior roles).
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,086.00 - ₹30,714.69 per month
