Civil Site Engineer

The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations at the construction site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed within the specified timeframe, budget, and quality standards. You will be in charge of managing site workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Your key responsibilities will include: Site Supervision and Management: - Supervising all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and timelines. - Monitoring site progress regularly and providing updates to the Project Manager. Team Coordination: - Managing and directing site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel effectively. - Facilitating communication and coordination among all stakeholders and addressing any on-site issues or conflicts promptly. Quality Control: - Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality standards. - Identifying and rectifying construction defects or deviations. - Ensuring the proper use of materials and resources. Safety Compliance: - Enforcing safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety on-site. - Organizing regular safety drills and training sessions for workers. - Ensuring correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Documentation and Reporting: - Maintaining accurate site records, including daily progress reports, attendance, and material usage. - Documenting any incidents or accidents that occur on-site. - Assisting in preparing billing and measurement records for completed work. Resource Management: - Coordinating material deliveries to prevent construction delays. - Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance. - Managing on-site inventory to minimize wastage.
